Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
- If cancelled up to tow days before date of the trip, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show,100 % of the payment will be charged.
- In case of booking cancellation your online payment will be refunded through the Qatar National Bank.
- The refund time will take approximately14 working days from your cancellation date.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Method of Payment.
- In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
